From the gang you know and love from Chateau Acid, this is a special wine from a special duo. Gippsland is a cool climate region just east of Melbourne. Combining the Syrah with these volcanic soils provides a lightness rarely seen of the varietal, much more Rhone-style than traditional Australian. Dig into the olives, peppery notes and awesome fruit.
