What a winner. Usually this varietal sees warmer climate growth which leads to a rich full bodied drop. This guy has been grown at 350m above sea level so leaves us with a perfectly lightened rendition. Typical fruit notes of the varietal: blackberry & blackcurrant, but I love the sharp cherry finish with silky smooth texture. Leave it open for a minute and it'll sing to you.
