After settling the juice was pressed to old oak where it underwent full malolactic fermentation after which it was matured for 10 months in 4 year old barrel.

ABV: 14%

Volume: 750ml

Definitely worth a decant if you can to let the purity of this cool climate pinot sing. Pleasantly lighter in body but with a dense consistency to give it an intriguing depth which could please your fuller bodied drinkers. More savoury then fruity, a little bit of that mushroom and forest floor action, but only slight. For me it's all about the lengthy journey.
