Winemaking: 50% destemmed and fermented in kvevri for 2 weeks on skins. 90% aged in old french oak, the remainder in kvevri for 7 months.

One of my favourite styles of red - dark fruited and vibrant. Plum upfront, lifted by cherry in the middle and topped off with teeny weeny bit of smokey liquorice that keeps you wanting more.
