Winemaking: 'Fruit source- Orange NSW. Cabernet Sauvignon was destemmed to open top fermenters keeping the whole berries intact. Lightly plunged daily and fermented on skins for 7 days before being pressed to old French barriques for maturation.' -winemakers notes

Sittin' pretty somewhere between light & medium weight, this one's extremely drinkable. Weight-wise, nothing like your classic Aussie Cabernet, but still holding on to some of the best qualities a Cabernet can display - beautiful plump blackberry & fresh red capsicum. Not serious, but sometimes that's all you need.
