Winemaking: Completely destemmed & left for wild ferment in open top concrete vat. Three weeks worth of skin contact then separated into Slovenian and French oak for 9 months.

Chris & Co.'s first swing at 100% Nebbiolo and they've nailed it. Celebrating what Australian terroir can bring to this varietal: big juicy, pretty and aromatic. Fuller bodied but a gentle softness about this grape juice that elevates it to somewhere special.
