Winemaking: The vines are situated 250m above sea level on sandier soils than southern Langhe, resulting in a lighter than your usual Neb with lovely perfumed notes. 
8 days maceration in cement with minimal extraction before being aged in cement as well, allowing the fruit to do the talking. 

ABV: 13.5%

Volume: 750ml

Serving Suggestion: Fridge cold

Tasting Notes: Aromas of perfumed rose petals, with a palate of raspberries and cherries. Chill this bottle and watch it disappear.

Fun Fact: Benotti has utilised the traditional Piedmontese way of growing Nebbiolo vines, planting them with Barbera and Dolcetto as well.
