You're going to start seeing a lot more Tassie Shiraz. Thomas New's Future Perfect Shiraz 2025 is a great example of why: a low-fi, cool climate wine that is a true representation of the land whence it came. 

Well-known from his time at Le Petite Mort, Thomas has found his sweet spot in lutruwita/the Apple Isle, & with this Coal River Valley red, has a minimal intervention wine with structure, bright acid as well as some raspberries on top of the dark plums & blackberries. 

Just yum!
