Eperosa 'Magnolia' Shiraz 2024

'Wines built from the dirt up': Eperosa's motto comes through time & time again. A sixth-gen winemaker in the Barossa, Brett Grocke has become the toast of the town over the past few years, bringing his organic & regen practices to every wine from the lands he's roamed his whole life. 

This Shiraz has an energy and brightness that is immediately apparent in the glass, and the ripe cherries and dark plums don't disappoint. Certified Organic / Biodynamic, hand-harvested, partial whole-bunch fermentation, aged in large French oak & concrete tanks to preserve the purity - delish.
