Aosta Valley is located to the very north of Italy, bordering the Swiss alps, so you know what that means... Mountains! Snow! And that's just what makes this wine so great. It holds the fruit profile typical to the varietal but offers a new take that's fresh & herbaceous. Traditionally a fairly tannic varietal, Barmet is more subtle and fine, and extremely quenching.
