Winemaking: Hand harvested, light foot stomp to cold soak. Pressed into a mix of stainless steel and amphora for a slow ferment. 9 months on full solids and no added sulphur. 

ABV: 12.5%

Volume: 750ml

Serving Suggestion: Room temperature's delicious but ideally with a little chill

A mash up of all the amazing qualities each varietals have to offer. Light, pretty and earthy. A hit of confectionary ripeness up front but very quickly and delicately transitions into more savoury notes with gentle acidity for freshness. Could easily polish this one off without any accompaniments.
