Winemaking: 'Machine harvested in the cool of the night and left on skins for 4 hours to obtain a slight pink colour. Fermented using native yeast for 14 days and left on yeast lees for 12 months. Contains minimal sulphites' - Jilly

ABV: 12.5%

Volume: 750ml

Serving Suggestion: Fridge cold

Tasting Notes: Come for the strawberries and cream, stay for the party. Another great vintage from Jared, who is constantly experimenting with how long-established styles can be re-imagined - this time it's Rosé. 

Fun fact: The winery is named after Jared's great-grandfather, Jilly, who was exiled from Cumbria to Australia: it was In his new homeland that he became known as 'The White Wolf of Cumbria'.
